I'm setting up a blog on this website as kind of a developer's diary, on the quest of creating good software, and the many pitfalls and turnarounds that it includes.
I would also post my thoughts on tools and products that I use myself, with some of them perhaps not being that widespread but deserving more attention.
Furthermore, I would love to write about principles, mechanisms or technologies I like and use in the products here, or how I personally approach audio engineering tasks.
Through all the years I've been in this 'business field' - to use a professional word - I loved creating tools that I wanted to use myself as a customer. A passion, of course, but without a doubt it is a blessing to be able to make a living from creative work. I never wanted to take that for granted, and I'm wholeheartedly thankful for every inspiring individual I've met on this journey so far, be it fellow developers, mentors, engineers, idea givers, or good friends who know me well.
No matter if it's music software or any other field: when doing business we all are required to be super-focused, bold, and often have to be louder than anybody else to gain attention and achieve goals. We're in crazy times. This blog shall serve a purpose of looking at things from a different angle, and in an open-minded and relaxed way.
